Original job description

Role and Facility Information

West Kelowna Medical Clinic is looking for dedicated family physicians to join our modern, well-established clinic in the heart of West Kelowna. Our clinic is designed to support physicians with an efficient practice model that allows for high-quality patient care while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.

Located on Louie Drive in West Kelowna, our clinic offers fully equipped examination rooms, an advanced EMR system, and a highly skilled administrative and clinical support team. Our physicians benefit from a strong referral network and an environment that fosters professional growth and innovation.

We offer flexible scheduling options, allowing physicians to tailor their practice to their personal and professional needs. Our compensation model is competitive, with a fair overhead structure that ensures financial sustainability. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, we are committed to helping you build a fulfilling practice in one of the most desirable locations in Canada.

Kelowna is known for its stunning lakefront views, year-round outdoor recreation, and vibrant community. Living and working in the Okanagan means access to world-class wineries, hiking and biking trails, and a growing urban center with excellent schools and amenities.

If you are a licensed family physician seeking a supportive, patient-centered practice in an outstanding location, we would love to connect with you.

Seeking a full-time physician to join a family physician clinic and busy walk-in. Clinic located within a strip mall in West Kelowna with a pharmacy across the mall parking lot. Centrally located within West Kelowna, many amenities in the area. Great work environment and physician to work with. EMR Med Access recently implemented, great walk-in clinic that is very busy.
