Known for exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and innovation, the company operates a fleet of more than 100 trucks, provides 24/7/365 dispatch services, and was the first towing company in Canada to introduce a hybrid deck truck.

The Opportunity
Mario's Towing is looking for an organized, adaptable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll play an important role in keeping the company's financial operations running smoothly by processing customer invoices and payments, maintaining account records, and investigating billing discrepancies.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where priorities can change throughout the day. You might be working through a large batch of invoices one moment and responding to a customer calling to make a payment the next. Success in this position requires the ability to switch gears quickly, manage competing priorities, and return to tasks without losing track of the details. With numerous invoices to process in a day, accuracy and efficiency are equally important.
You don't need to know every system or process on day one. The team can provide training and support, but you'll need some foundational accounting or bookkeeping knowledge, strong computer skills, and the confidence to keep things moving in a busy environment. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, and having a full day where there's always something to do, this is an opportunity to grow your skills with an established local company.
