Who we're looking for:
Group fitness pros who are ready to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, tech-tracked workouts. Our coaches put members first and make sure everyone feels like a vital part of the studio community. That commitment leaves members inspired and eager to show up as their best selves every class, and it makes us proud every time.
What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts
- Bring energy to a fast-paced group fitness setting
- Multitask to give every participant a high-quality experience
- Help members set and crush their goals
- Team up with our sales team to guide first-timers (we call them intros) through their very first Orangetheory workout
- Coach proper form and offer friendly corrections
- Know the science behind our workouts, especially heart-rate focused training, and keep an eye on what the competition is doing
- Know how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment in every workout
- Be a great teammate
The details: This position involves 8-12+ hours a week of coaching. Weekend availability is a strength, so if you're ready to lead those high-energy Saturday and Sunday classes, we want to hear from you! Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification along with CPR/AED/First Aid are required to be considered.
